Nice to see a new post from you. :) I have v3.98 and I love it. I'm trying to learn some stitching. Can you tell me how you use the stitch editor? Do you use the automatic or do you use the manual on all stitches? Do you use the auto-stitch especially on purl stitches? etc...?
It is indeed important to restitch the sewn seam. To do this, you merely undo the previous stitch and pull back on the fabric, leaving a few millimeters of thread on the seam. Then, you re-stitch over the previous stitch by loosening the thread slightly, and adding a new stitch. Of course, any part of the stitching can be undone/re-stitched as often as necessary. However, most of us tend to skip this step. (And we stuff up our seams!)
So I'm just posting because I couldn't find a guide for creating a custom thread color. For my project, I'm creating my own thread colors, however the yarn has speci'cations listed like 2 yarns if you can refer to that. I'm trying to mix it together by one color and SPANISH BLUE is the only color really, but how do I get the specific color I want?
Hi!Does cross stitch machine wear happen when machine is left idle? I have a frame and needle only and use it produce images once in a while as a hobby. I dont use the automatic feeder.Regards.Minal
I have a scrap bag that has not been used in several years. I am thinking about sewing on one of your patterns and having it restitched with your pattern. If it were knitted, I probably couldn't do that, but with cross-stitch, I could. d2c66b5586
