That day, she met with Icehopper when he came to check on her. She mentioned the dreams she had about Icicle and Scarlet and asked him what his thoughts were about it. After he promised he wouldn't tell the Children of Stars what she told him, she told him about Icicle's plan to murder Ex-Queen Scarlet. Now, Icehopper decided he wanted to help Icehopper, but when he went to see Icehopper's mother, and later when he and Stormer visited the rest of the clans, she got worried that he was going to be accused of something. Moonwatcher then told her she was also part of that. She asked Icehopper that she had said something to about the plan to murder Scarlet, and Icehopper believed it was the right thing to do. She then told him he needed to share this information with Qibli. She then went back to her sleeping cave.
In the middle of the next day, when the NightWings were eating breakfast, Moonwatcher got a message from EarthKa that it wanted her to try and sing in person. She hugged Kinkajou, but as she went to leave the rainforest with the NightWings, she saw Clay making a lot of hand gestures to her. She then realized that Stormer had been told by Darkstalker that she had betrayed Clan Moon. She got back up to the nightcliffs to try and find Qibli.
